Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

• Items should be in their original condition.
• Products should include applicable original components, accessories, hardware, and packaging.
• Items should not show damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

3. How to Request a Return

Contact Customer Support before sending any merchandise.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• The item you wish to return.
• The reason for the return.
• Photographs or video where relevant.

4. Return Address

Please do not send merchandise to our business registration address unless Customer Support specifically instructs you to do so.

The appropriate return facility address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description due to an issue attributable to us, an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution will be provided without passing the cost of our error to the customer.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an approved returned item has been received and inspected.

Banks or payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

7. Exchanges

Where appropriate and subject to product availability, a replacement or exchange may be offered for eligible products.

8. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Cancellation may be possible before shipment but cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. Once an order has been dispatched, the applicable return process must be followed after delivery.
